That after GP coin runners was really unfair on you Ben.

You won by a pretty big margin, can't say you didn't deserve it, because I messed up badly on a couple of tracks. The final GP was really unfair, after I won the first race, in each race a blue shell hit me and did cost me the victory overall. It was especially nasty on Bowser's castle when the blue shell hit me right above the chasm and then you snatched the win with the help of a red shell.

Well, everyone has that once in a while. For me it was the second GP. I think on one map I was 2nd only a few milli seconds behind you, and then so many thing hits me, that I didn't even see the finish line. Shit happens, its Mario Kart, after all :P
