They do not play it all the way through, but they do play it- at least, that is what I had heard.I think the main reason ESRB gave it that rating was because of the immense controversy that was surrounding the game, i.e. Wii enabled murder. Media coupled Manhunt 2 with Wii motion controls. Jack Thompson called it a murder training game.
