Nah, Goku already had Chi Chi way before Vegata even came to earth, they developed a rivalry, mostly Vegeta as the peasant Goku would kick his royal saiyan ass quite often and Goku didn't had anything in his mind else than fighting.
Unlike Naruto obsession for Sasuke, them actually kissing right in the beginning of the series, the love triagle with Sakura, and Sasuke avoiding all the girls but always thinking about Naruto (as he was always chasing here).

There were certainly nowhere near the bromance we had on Naruto, and in general as well, IMO.

The real bromance will always be between Dart and Lavitz, tho.

Oh yeah, but naruto&sasuke was more of an actual romance xD Goku&Vegeta were 2 bros that respected each other more than anyone else in the universe. Also by the end of Z and their relationship had actually gone through some development. Goku loves fighting and Vegeta has always given him the funnest battles and has always strived to surpass him. Romatically, of course not, but as a bromance it does make sense.

Also yeah Lavitz and Dart is a cool bromance as well and of course there was no romantic stuff going on with them either, since Dart had Shana, while Lavitz was the best wingman a brother could ask for.
