Games you didn't enjoy but coudn't stop playing

I loved the Sonic that come with my Genesis (well actually Altered Beast was the one that was part of it, but my father bought used with more games and Sonic was a bundle at the time) but wouldn't love Alex Kidd the same.

There was a time when I'd get two games per year and I'd have to trade, borrow, or rent to get what I wanted. Sometimes I'd trade up. Sometimes I'd trade waaaay down. I'd play whatever I had, though.
