"Erase the blemish and wished they disappeared" sounds a lot more negative than the thread title's "didn't like".
Going by that first description I would mention something like;
The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords and The Legend of Zelda: Triforce Heroes. They are piss-stains on an otherwise nearly flawless franchise. I do wish they never existed.
Going by the thread title's descriptions I'd say like;
Super Mario Sunshine and Mario Kart Super Circuit. They are just not up to par with the rest of their respective series, in a variety of ways. Enjoyable, but disappointing.
Anyway these are just four Nintendo examples, but I could sit here for a while because I could list a ton of games from a host of franchises from everwhere.
