Yes, still pick up. Pretty damn fun so far, not the best in anything but still fun. 

You...again... Okay, I didn't say too much of the same is "bad". I didn't even use the word or anything of the sort. But as a general consensus, that's how gamers feel about the game. I've read a ton of the metacritic reviews, online streams (Just watched one an hour ago with OBE1 Plays on Youtube) and it all revolves around mechanics, story archs, being too similar. What Final Fantasy does, it does it well, past or present. The same track record doesn't apply to Star Ocean. In my opinion. Bye.

You didnt have to use the word "bad" but the tone says as much. It also doesnt help by following it up with general consensus of gamers, who actually view the deja vu as a negative. Then you follow it with a "but Im going to get it anyway" ... Now, I dont know about you but it doesnt make sense to me to follow up like that when your if your sentiments on the been there done that were anything but negative. I think I asked a simple questions. Dont get bent outta shape, your on a forum. Be willing to explain/defend your stance. Especially on this site.
