So you have one statement with no source to back it up, based purely on conjecture. And another one based purely on a guess.. that uses the word "probably".

Do you actually know the definition of fact? It seems like you do not.

Its based on common sense, and confirmation from Insomniac that they went with MS because of the IP :)

Or maybe you believe Insomniac pitched SO to MS and MS decided to not only back them financially but also let them keep the IP for some reason other than faith? So they just decided to support Insomniac for the hell of it? lol. You seem awfully caught up on such a simple observation.
