I laughed pretty hard at the following:
"After reviewing the progress of the project, the team at WB Games has decided to delay the release of Batman: Return to Arkham to give the team at Virtuous Games additional time to deliver a polished Batman Arkham game experience."
They had plenty of time beforehand when it came to AK for the PC port and that came out a sodding mess. I find it joyful to see WB stepping into one of their own pitfalls that will eventually come to haunt them in the near future, the delay reason above is a notable one because that same excuse could have easily and should have been implemented when it came to the PC port of AK, there was virtually no excuse and yet we're seeing them making one, they do this because they know the last time something bad happened and the ire it earned them.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
