I don't have that massive of a list of disappointment this generation. So far MY only disappointments would be.
Haze. I love you to death Free Radical xD Use some SPE's next time >_>
Super Mario Galaxy. STFU people the game played fine, I just figured Nintendo's be all end all game that basically represents Nintendo as a whole would have better implementation of motion control ;/ It was a disappointment to me in that regard.
Super Smash Brothers Brawl. They dumbed down my characters >
