Where are the feminists?

If a female gets denied for a male oriented job for example, feminists will be all over it but if its the other way around, feminists are no where in sight. I would post many other points but the other posts around here covers a lot of them.

Not sure but I m sure there is a word for it however, feminism is clearly not it. Guys have equailty issues too but feminists certainly doesn't care for that. Maybe equalism or something but too lazy to find out
