SYSTEM SHOCK REMASTERED TO BE RENAMED TO SYSTEM SHOCK, DEMO COMING NEXT WEEK

Night Dive Studios has announced that its upcoming remaster for System Shock will be renamed to just System Shock (instead of System Shock Remastered). In addition, Night Dive Studios revealed that its Kickstarter campaign will be launched next week, alongside a demo for this remaster.

Epic Games and Offworld Industries have announced the release of the official Squad SDK that is currently available at Unreal Engine’s official website. As the press release reads, the team has had a goal since the first days of this company to “Pay It Forward” and release a full SDK to the public to open up Squad to modding and assist the next generation of realism FPS modders bring about the next iteration of tactical teamwork based, paced and strategic FPS.

YouTube’s LevelCap, JackFrags, outsidexbox, Cayinator and Westie have published some new videos, showcasing brand new gameplay footage from the closed alpha phase of Battlefield 1. Battlefield 1 is powered by the Frostbite 3 Engine and promises to feature more destruction and mayhem than before.

It appears that DICE is currently experimenting with DX12 for Battlefield 1. The graphics settings from the game’s closed alpha build have been revealed and as we can see, there is currently a DX12 option.

Funcom has released a new set of screenshots for CONAN EXILES (via the game’s official Steam page). In addition, Funcom revealed that the game’s Early Access program has been pushed back and will be now launched in early 2017.

Crate Entertainment has announced that its first title, Grim Dawn, has recently passed the half-million mark in sales on PC. Grim Dawn was developed by the same people that were behind Titan Quest and after an extensive Early Access period, the game was fully released four months ago.
