The evidence that women get paid less is incredibly sketchy. There are a variety of studies on it. Some find a difference, some don't. Most of the studies that find a difference in pay don't break down the job descriptions very accurately or don't account for different amount of hours worked (men tend to work more hours)

As for the other issues. Yes, in some areas women get treated worse. But in some they get treated better. So you need to balance that out rather than just look at 1 side. "Harassment" is one of those issues. Yes, women have to deal with more unwanted attention. But the flip side of that is that women have to make a less effort to find a partner. Feminists never look at this. They just take 1 side of an imbalance and declare sexism. Well that's not sexism it's just difference. Plenty of men would happily get more unwanted attention if it means they had to put less energy into attracting the opposite sex.

As for rape culture: Hahahahahahaha.

Also, the same unwanted attention also led to favouritism in some evaluations in school or work (being lenience or undeserved promotions consequences sometimes). Some people only want the good part of everything without any drawback.
