Statistics on Australia's justice system not carrying out sentences relative to other countries. Otherwise it's only opinionated conjecture.

Then I hope you are never falsely accused of a crime and put to death.

Unfortunately, these stats aren't recorded. Not surprising given how inefficient our justice system is. But I have provided several proof of that happening. There is no conjecture someone coward punching someone and getting away free.

Also, there is a difference between getting falsely accused and being proven guilty.
