That's not how it works. There's no pre-caching just algorithms. Everything is being created on the fly and once it's out of site it no longer exists.

It is one set of fixed calculations. You can determine the content at any point in the universe and it will always be the same. That means it's possible to precalculate every content in a certain area and cache it before you get there. I understand why that's not possible on the PS4 but if they're not able to do it on PC I'm calling either indifference to PC players or incompetence.
