Technically it's the UK kicking out itself. So if they decide to go on with this delirium the EU has all the rights to force the process and make it fast. It seems they are already fighting about who will take the European Banking Authority that will leave London City.
But let's no worry! We are more than ready to welcome back with open arms the fellow Scots and Northern Irish!
