The opposite actually. Japan Importers said that SO5 trophies are significantly easier SO4. One guy said he spent over 600 hours plating SO4, but under 200 in SO5. Crafting and Battle trophies waaaaaaaay less crazy.

200 hours seem like a lot of time... but I have the plat for FFX and FF X-2 so maybe I'll consider it if I really like the game.
