You will need to provide some hard statistics to back up that bold claim rather than baseless conjecture based on news reports. (I could find American news reports where the exact same thing happens.)

See. Australia went down this path once before, untill technology caught up and found that those who were found guilty and were put to death were actually innocent.
It is WHY we abolished the death penalty and made it one of our international mandates to abolish the death penalty.
