Not necessarily, Britain is much bigger than Norway so it has a better position for negotiations. More importantly, if the EU makes it to difficult for them, the UK could start flirting with the U.S. And that's something they can't afford.

And just because people are fed up with the EU as an institution does not mean they don't want to work together with the rest of Europe.

All I know is: Switzerland had huge negotiations with Europe. The same won't happen a second time. After Britain leaving Europe they won't reach out their hands for them. EU will make it as difficult as they can for the Brits. Sure they could go for the US. But what has the UK to offer what the other states don't have? They are not an industry anymore.
