I don't even know what that means and I live here. The United States is vast and diverse and the lifestyle depends on many different factors. I'm guessing that people who think they know are basing that on television or film. Where I live, I can go several miles in one direction and there is a poor farming community where hunting is the main form of entertainment, while going in the opposite direction takes me to a wealthy port city and college town where a lot of movies are shot.
