Demo codes are being shipped out! Just got mine :)

An update from the Kickstarter:

Now: We are finally able to send the demo to backers who pledged $60 or more. It will remain playable for approximately three months, but if we run into a big problem with the demo or its distribution, we may need to make some further adjustments as things arise.

Here are the system requirements for the demo:

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
 CPU: Intel Core i5 @ 3.3 GHz or AMD Phenom II X6
Memory: 8 GB RAM
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7790 or Nvidia GeForce GTX650TI (DirectX 11 required)
Storage: 5GB available space If you're using Windows 7, we strongly suggest using Aero mode in order to play in windowed mode. (If you don't use Aero Mode, it will lag and slow the process speed.) The demo only works with XInput-compatible controllers.

The demo stage begins on the stormy night when Miriam makes her way to the castle, battling demons through a listing galleon. Players will experience a simple tutorial on their way to a boss battle.

We've implemented the Kick (Bash) and Sword (Slash) attacks. In addition, players are able to acquire three different types of Shards from lesser demons. (Shards are crystals that are formed by demon power; Miriam uses their power to cast special attacks. Except for Morte. Morte—as I mentioned in the last update—does not have a Shard.)

Trigger Shard: Press Y to cast Trigger Shard.
Directional Shard: Use the right analog stick to adjust the direction and RT to activate.
Effective Shard: Equipping this shard will automatically activate background skills.

If there's a vacant spot in the Shard Equipment, the next one you acquire will be equipped automatically. After acquiring another one, you can switch between them by pressing X in the equipment menu.
