I just looked up your Dell case and it is pretty small and you will not be able to install a typical 10" vidoe card. You will need to get a Mini verison designed for Mini-ITX cases.

With that said, you could get the Refurb GPU at the top of the list in my last message.

I hope you don't think I am tyring too hard to push that price point on you, it is just that if you are used to a PS4/XboxOne you need at least this to get the same level of performance and quality while playing games.
