Approximatly 40% of vista has been disabled by me in order to increase performance. (why the hell would I need a bunch of utilitys running 24/7 to do things such as give me the ability to send out faxes, tell me when to run a virus scan, use both a 24 hour and a 12 hour clock at the same time, send info on my computer habits to microsoft, etc)
