Forget 4k !!Neo and Scorpio devs should aim for 1080 60fps with crazy bells and whistles

They won't reach 4k but for indie games anyway lol. Other games will be upscaled 4k just like ps3 and 360 upscaled games to 1080 (while most of them run at 720p or lower) and well PS4 and X1 themselves are jokes too, games like Battlefront at 900p/720p.
