Playstation 4 NEO Launching in 2016, good? Why?

That's really besides the point as to why neo exists...

I just mean this in regards to the OP. There seems to be a sort of implication that people who don't own a PS4 will need to buy a neo in order to enjoy some of the new games coming this year.
