A lot of Windows 10 bugs are Windows 8 or even Windows 7 bugs that never got fixed. That's kind of amazing. All I can figure is that they just don't care until it affects a certain percentage. It's like the W10 upgrade loop bug that's been there since last summer--how does that not get addressed?
