It's very likely not going to be at TGS, because the rumor states it's supposed to compete with Final Fantasty, there is no way they would announce such a big game on an event focused only on Japan, that's not the right way to present a game that aims for a big global reach, like Final Fantasy.

IF it's true and there is a JRPG AAA game coming from Japan Studios for this generation, I would already be happy, but it has to be the legend of fucking dragoon, seriously Sony, 17 years and nothing more from that IP, stop being stupid, the original even sold a lot when you made it available at PSN in 2012, Final Fantasy 7 Remake made a big boom last E3, give me another LoD game, even a remake, already!

Maybe there was already enough games for the e3 to show, who knows. A sequel to legend of dragoon would be for sure great, but wouldn't be disapointed with a new wild arms either...
