Scalebound 33 months, Crackdown 34-41 months, Halo Wars 2 18 months, Sea of Thieves 22 months , Halo 5 29 months, Fable Legends, 30+ months (if it wasn't cancelled, still announced early), Gears of War 4 16 months.

Quantum Break also launched several years after release, people think that only because Phill Spencer said "Our games have release dates" to defend from the question he was asked for, this means that they will never announce any game that will launch 1-2 years after announcement.
