I really wouldn't be surprised to see similar or even higher sales compared to the week Mario Kart launched in the US. Even higher seems likely considering the type of game Wii Fit is and how it is probably a bigger title for Nintendo than Mario Kart.
Edit: I just noticed Superchunk already made a similar remark. To also put out a number, I wouldn't be surprised if we get near the 500k for the week.
