I'm sure there are plenty of people who aren't interested very much in VR at $399, but greatly interested in an upgraded PS4 for $399. I'm one of them. I'd rather get the Neo now, especially if it'll upscale all my games to 4K, and wait til the PSVR is $199-$249.
