I think the game is great. Does it need more content, yes. But its gonna come like Splatoon. So I don't care. I'm enjoying the 3 in my signature. But Zarya is my primary character. With 55 hours of play time. And me saving up coins to unlock her 1000 industrial skin took a month.
For who needs balancing. Bastion & Mei. Bastion's Turret mode needs either less ammo. Or an overheat. And Mei's ultimate, that uses her R2D2 robot, should be allowed destroyable. If certain characters can get out of Zarya's Graviton Surge. A stupid robot should be destroyable. Bastion and Torborn should be banned from POTG. Sometimes I think Reaper should be nerfed. His shotguns can do way too much damage, from a distance. The recent nerfs to Widowmaker & Mcree were good. Those characters basically owned anyone that was a tank. Mcree would do 300 damage with one direct hit. So two bullets and I'm dead, as Zarya. While he could survive 2 granades from Zarya.
