I think this is the first time they've mentioned water. I thought it was a given until I realized how hard it would be to implement (maybe not in a basic way, but in a way that matches up to the near-photorealistic style and physics of the game's solid objects). So hell yeah, I want water, but I don't want them to delay the game over it. Seems like more the kind of thing to focus on for LBP2. Or downloadable content? I'd pay for that.

The bit about assigning enemy AI is interesting too... seems like this game is going to be serious about truly customizable levels. My one fear was that they would dumb down the level editor too much in order to appeal to the casual crowd, but it sounds like they won't do that. Everything else will be very hard to get wrong if it works the way they've shown it so far.

I haven't been this excited for a game since... well, Fable, and before that Black & White. What is it with these Lionhead guys? (Of course, those were both disappointments, but they promised a lot of lofty concepts that they couldn't live up to. With LBP, the key to its charm is its simplicity, and it's all up there on the screen already).
