I don't know what Nintendo is thinking because there is a long time since they made any move, but Microsoft and Sony are thinking to release a Hardcore versions of their consoles and based on the PR of Both companies we can expect the Neo and Scorpio to be very expensive and neither will become popular, Even on the USA people don't have 4K TV, both consoles will not sell well and will not have the atention of the developers to really use the Console's power.
