Not sure what you mean by that first sentence? Yes, that video was boosted by ads, it's a fact. You can tell by the low number of likes/dislikes.

I didn't say anything against ad boosted videos, but saying things like "If it was shorter, it would have more views" doesn't mean anything. 

 

It could be True, but it's not, so it doesn't change facts.
