Yep, any game you own the IP, but use an external studio to develop is a 2nd party. Almost all on the list is 2nd party. And of course there are even games that the IP isn't owned, but exclusivity is bought, how is that 1st party?

Nope, shitty and garbage aren't my opinion about Nintendo games, I tend to like them, just not bother much with their HW during the gen, but play with friends.

About the games you listed, I didn't see any of them reasoned out why they are so bad that they put 1st party of sony in a bad situation.
