I agree with your point regarding FFXV, that's why I stopped watching new videos. They already showed a lot and I don't want to spoil the great things about the game before I play it. Regarding Zelda, I don't think they showed too much because everything we saw was set in a small portion of the game, unlike FFXV which we already seen gameplay from different parts of it.
But anyway, I think that's more of some isolated cases here and there, not a trend overall.
