Nope. Just rumors now. I wouldn't be surprised to see Sony upclock the RX 480 (what we assume the Neo is using) back to it's normal clock to get 5.5 Tflops out of it. Sure, the Scorpio may still be the better GPU (though it's possible it's just an over clocked RX 480), but considering neither console will have exclusive games for it (Sony will still have PS4 exclusives for both its systems), that extra power will mean very little. Well, except for fanboys bragging about power, even while the PS4 family still outsells the XBO family.
