Azure wasn't profitable because of the Xbox.
Xbox Cloud wasn't featured in every single exclusive Xbox game.
The Xbox Cloud was an over-promised feature, that ultimately underdelivered.

Ergo. For Xbox Gamers, it was a flop. ;)
