I am done talking to you about the price in Australia. I DON'T CARE And neither do most of the people that have his game. Because most people don't live in Australia and the game was $40, just like Recore. I would be willing to bet you on the fact that Overwatch cost much more than Recore. Also, I laugh at the fact that you still think TF2 is a competitor. Newflash! It's not! And it never will be. TF3? Maybe. But TF3 isn't a thing. A 9 year old game is not competing with a Overwatch, plain and simple. And if you're a PC gamer, you should have bought Overwatch on PC. Would've saved you some money. To summarize, Overwatch is a great game that has sold a fuckton and is the definition of not a cash grab. I'm sure Recore will be a great game as well and I look forward to getting it if the reviews are decent. |
Well. You obviously did care if you were willing to try to call me out as a liar in the first place and go on a tangent about it.
And you know what? I care. - Your unwillingness to care is not my concern nor my problem, I will voice my opinion either way, so deal with it.
And Team Fortress 2 is a competitor, it's the same genre, ergo, they compete for a similar demographic, Team Fortress might be old, but it's been updated and supported extremely well, even today.
Overwatch might be a great game, it might have sold well, but that doesn't mean Blizzard wasn't greedy and that is wasn't a cash grab, Call of Duty sells well every year, millions think it is a great game, but talk to the majority of people who don't buy into it every year and they would consider it a greedy cash grab.
Fact of the matter is, a dozen maps and 3 game modes isn't allot of content for a full priced game, Recore is likely to have more assets.
Besides, Overwatch was only $40 in the USA and ONLY on the PC, on console it was and still is, $60. ReCore will be 33% cheaper on the same platform as Overwatch.
