Count on higher res at 30 fps. And I really don't think it will fail. PS360 was what really pushed 1080p TVs. Neo and Scorpio will push 4K + HDR for the masses. The problem with 4K TVs is lack of content. Well, here's your content. 4K games, 4K Blu-rays, 4K Netflix and everything with HDR.
