Reselling of the key is a legitimate concern, but hardly worth worrying about, they won't have the volumes that will be required to make a significant impact.

We actually see a similar concept with movies, buy a Blu-ray, get the DVD disc included AND a download code and it actuallys works brilliantly.

Well if they do that, I would be all-aboard, but sadly, that is not the case right now, I hope they follow your suggestion because I like physical media.
