The DRM would be no different to how it is right now, so that is hardly an argument.
Reselling of the key is a legitimate concern, but hardly worth worrying about, they won't have the volumes that will be required to make a significant impact.
We actually see a similar concept with movies, buy a Blu-ray, get the DVD disc included AND a download code and it actuallys works brilliantly.
