I wouldn't mind if the Neo isn't as powerful as the Scorpio because with Sony being the market leader devs are likely to cater their games towards the Neo rather than maximizing for the Scorpio. Devs will take the Scorpio kit and Neo kit and reach a middle ground for the both. Thus, the Scorpio's only advantage is if MS decides to make exclusive games that utilizes it to it's fullest.
The bigger question is, if the Neo was weaker than the Scorpio, would Scorpio owners mind that their games aren't utilize to its fullest because devs are catering more towards the Neo?
