I just bought a 65 inch UHD Samsung (newest model) and it is glorious. With 4K BR players still being expensive I will be trading in my current Xbox One for a Xbox One Slim for the added 4K features and (rumored) better hardware.
As far as Scorpio is concerned, I am waiting to see what the specs/cost are for all three upcoming consoles before deciding on the next console to couple my new 4K tv. I do not have a gaming PC nor am I going to build one so I am currently leaning Scorpio unless the other two manufacturers knock my socks off.
