Downplaying not really I am not sure what his correct words were but I defended him because he meant this generation/current consoles and I agreed with him.
I feel the major reason why Neo and scorpio are in development is for VR. I will not be surprised that you can play Ace Combat on PS4 but if you want a stable great performance for VR you will need a Neo and it will be simular with some Xbox games.
