I have a 4K TV, but if the game is only "upscaled" it won't attract much attention to me if it indeed comes at a PREMIUM price as he said.

With a 6 Tflop GPU it should be able to run quite a few games in Native 4k... Other than the GTX 1080 there isn't a graphics card on PC that can beat it by much. It's similair in power to a TITAN X (6.14Tflops) and a fair bit stronger than a 980 TI (5.63Tflops).

There will games that won't run at 4k Natively but It's a very powerful machine, we'll just have to see what the price point is.

I'm going by Spencer quote. To have ONLY 4k (native or upscaled) with everything else basically the same and still having to pay a premium over the HW isn't very enticing for me... but since it's 18 months away things may change. If all/most of the excelent X1 games are upscalled in a good maner by the Scorpio it will have a better start.
