When you are working with a Hardware for 10 years and still can't understand how it works is what i consider to be Lazi, even if they didn't have time with every game, does that mean they should sell us inferior product's cause they can't get a freaking grip on the hardware? It was 10 years.... And they didn't improve at all. Rockstar did with a open world game, odd enough.
