I dont think its coming this year. Always said that, it makes absolutely zero sense for them to release this year when their dirext comptetitor (who even needs it more than them) is waiting till next year just to ensre they hsve the best box available.
Sony can release a NEO that costs $50-$100 more than the Scorpio and still sell better. They can opt to take a bigger hit on eveey neo sold to make it cheaper than the scorpio cause they have a larger install base to give them some cushion. There is really no sense in sony coming out this year. None what so ever, i exepct we see the neo at GDC next yesr or E3
