Or Sony doesn't see the value in releasing every game on a platform that they don't own (like MS do with W10) and thus don't get the same cut from.  Either way it is pretty clear to me, and even a few others here, that console devs do not see PC gaming as a direct competitor.

I'm not talking about games they don't own I'm talking about games they do own. If what you said is true they would be releasing all of the God of war games, Last of us , Uncharted series, etc. All of those are owned by Sony they would get a huge cut from that espicially because Steam would most likely give them a nice deal for releasing all that on their platform exclusively.

The only thing that is clear to me is that MS is taking a different approach to gaming. What exactly they are doing I have no idea but it's not the same idea Sony has in mind that much is clear. You mentioned one game that Sony released on PC and then want to pretend it's the same thing MS is doing it's not. It was clear they did it to get a better deal on SFV being exclusive.
