If she doesn't intend to use the XB1 ever again now, do the right thing and buy it from her at the price she paid. It's the only way to completely dissolve the feeling. (At least that's how I do it when I convince a friend to buy a game but they end up not enjoying it at all). I know it sounds a bit much, but ultimately as long as she still owns that XB1 you'll always remember that feeling of guilt.
