Gaming - Who won E3? - View Post

Sony imo, not entirely just because of the games with none of the BS other then skylanders showing itself for a few seconds.

I really like that instead of having the typical stage lit up with tons of lights it was classy, the orchestra really added to the atmosphere. Not only did Sony not do any BS but some games were cut from the show, they put everything into best games highlight reel it seemed like. I did not even guess Call of Duty was Call of Duty at first either. I'm guessing the skylander was part of w/e deal Sony struck with Activation involving Crash remasters to make it into the main stage they moved on quickly from it. Oh and at the end of the conference Sony literally put up a table of games and dates weather they were just in development releasing this year or next. I really liked that openness.

In other words the conference just felt powerful beginning to end outside what I mentioned. All other conferences had many ups and downs. Microsoft had a good conference but it absolutely felt weaker to me. Scorpio due to the script strikes me as something they added recently. The "specs" are quite literally not set in stone in the wording. My guess is knowing Sony had Res7 and Call of Duty along with their own God of War and Horizon may have made Microsoft pull that trigger. Not that an announcement is bad, it just seemed unpolished with several lines repeated showing a sign of a rush job (just my opinion, okay?).

I also would like to mention that the PC conference wasn't god awful this year like it was last year. It was actually pretty good, nothing to write home about though. Like to note I primarily play on PC. The show wasn't special but easily most improved.

Everyone agree that EA was horrible I'm guessing?
